Windows are Veka brand UPVC with 5mm toughened glass with grill on 4 windows out of 6 windows. Two Schindler lifts for residents. Recently, they have installed Ion Exchange brand water filter also for the building. Gym is under preparation. Owner Mr Hitesh Vyas is very forthcoming and always ready to help and improve and has already incorporated some changes suggested by the members.
